We're delighted to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no exceptions. Wherever you are, your INOA pieces arrive with our compliments.
If you'd like your order sooner, express shipping is available at checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES (from dispatch — a guide only)
Express: 3–5 business days
Standard: 5–10 business days
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
GLOBAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
While shipping is on us, please note that local customs, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. INOA cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we always work to minimise them.
For international deliveries, we use trusted air-freight courier partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Your order is in our hands until it safely reaches you. From the moment of delivery or collection, the item(s) become your responsibility, and ownership passes to you once payment for the order and any delivery charges have been completed in full.
