Returns & Refunds Policy
At INOA, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Each garment is crafted from hand-picked fabric and thoughtfully sourced from trusted global ateliers, so that every piece reflects the elegance, comfort, and craftsmanship our customers love.
We know that on occasion a piece may not be quite right — whether it's the fit, the moment, or a rare quality concern. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, so your experience with us always remains simple, fair, and reassuring.
Return Window
— 20 days. You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order for any eligible item.
— After 20 days. Returns cannot be accepted beyond this window, unless the item is found to be faulty.
— First-time customers. Enjoy one complimentary return. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed promptly.
— Existing & international customers. Return shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis. Customers outside the UAE are responsible for return shipping costs and any other fees/charges, if applicable.
— Multiple returns. Where more than one return is made against the same order, additional return shipping charges may apply.
— Unclaimed parcels. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incomplete address, any re-dispatch or return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds & Store Credit
— Full refunds. Items returned within 10 days in their original condition qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
— Store credit option. If you prefer, you may choose store credit instead — issued with an added value benefit as our thank-you for shopping with INOA.
— Processing time. Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after your return is received and approved.
— Shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
— Final sale & custom items. Custom-sized pieces and items purchased during clearance or final-sale events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless deemed faulty under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
— Exchanges. Exchanges are offered subject to availability and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Condition of Items
— Original condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned with all original tags attached.
— Quality & hygiene. Items showing signs of wear or damage, or that fail to meet hygiene standards, may be refused or have the refund or store credit adjusted accordingly.
— Customer-caused damage. Damage arising from wear or misuse after delivery cannot be accepted.
How to Make a Return
— Step 1 — Request. Submit your return request via email. Email us at info@inoafashions.com, include your order number and the reason for the return. Complete details help us process your request quickly.
— Step 2 — Approval. For eligible first-time customers, we will issue a prepaid return label once your request is reviewed — at no cost to you.
— Step 3 — Pack. Place the item securely in a clean bag (please do not reuse the original INOA packaging) and enclose a printed copy of your return request.
— Step 4 — Ship. Use a trackable shipping service. INOA cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
